Secondly Babar got his fair chance of 4 yrs Captaincy & all failures, he never gave any chances to youngsters due to his own insecurities,knowing all his performances, still giving him more chances as Captain will be total horrible.
......Secondly, removing Shan will be repeat of decision like of Shaheen...& will be terribly wron on one hand give Babar 4 yrs with all his failures , and for other Shaheen , Shan removal just after 5 matches ...if any one recommending Babar must have look, what was his performances as Captain in 4 yrs ( not in PSL etc leagues)....
