You say Symphony of the Night's voice acting is its one major flaw, but I disagree. The cheesy voice acting (provided you're playing the original PS1 release - Castlevania Requiem: Symphony of the Night & Rondo of Blood redid the voice acting and made them a lot more boring in the process, which are exactly the ones that were shown in this video) enhances the experience significantly. Unfortunately, the video seems to use the afforementioned "Castlevania Requiem: Symphony of the Night & Rondo of Blood" rerelease, so you kind of missed out on the magic of lines like the conversation between Richter and Dracula in the opening. "WHAT IS A MAN?"

My honourable mention is Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean. It came across as people who really overemphasized the wrong parts of their dialogue. It wasn't bad, just came across as weird for the most part.

The original Deus Ex has some real good voice-acting and also some very shoddy, particularly in Hong Kong, and has some imperfect deliveries even by the good actors that sound like there was no direction given for how certain sentences should be said, and could've easily been misinterpreted when reading the script without context. The audio quality also differs greatly with some almost sounding like they're almost delivering their lines over the phone, and others have clear lip-smacking and other slurpy mouth noises typically removed in post or typical recording techniques. Human Revolution has absolutely stunning voice-acting outside of one very controversial black woman in Detroit.
Arc Rise Fantasia - unjustly forgotten mostly due to bad voice acting (as well as Operation Rainfall bringing focus to bigger JRPGs for the Wii). The game itself is my favorite rpg on Wii even though the voice acting is like The Room, which is a charm as far as I'm concerned.
*Hey!* You take that back! Symphony of the Night's voice acting was magnificent and is in no way "absolutely atrocious"! He's Count Friggin' Dracula, an 800-year-old vampire lord. How do you _expect_ him to talk? Sure, the dialogue itself made me scratch my head a few times (...like Dracula, your son just said that you were doomed ever since you forgot how to love! In whose universe could _that_ be considered sarcasm, and how is a Chapter-and-Verse quotation of Matthew 16:26 a fitting response?), but the voice acting itself was spot-on all over! Once I was held up at gun point in real life, and I screamed for help...well I tried to but the sound that came out was emotionless and didn't sound urgent. So its not just bad writing or bad voice acting
