The famous people do tend to over-complicate things, unlike Sam, thankfully. My assumption is that they do it so you have to watch the video over and over so they get views or something like that.

Yeah, I agree I'm a Roblox scripter and the tutorials that cover the most and explain it best are the ones with like 400 views.

You are such a great teacher! I watch a lot of software instructional videos for my work (watching this to help teach my kiddo to make UGC) and you really have a gift for explaining things thoroughly but without annoying redundancy. You have just the right pacing for a beginner but not so slow that a more advanced user would get bored. Thanks so much for making such great videos!

@@ThatMinecraftTH-camr i know.. i commented this at the start of the video bc the other tuts couldnt even help with that.. i regretted saying it later on..😭 but at the same time it's not that bad i mean it shows how to make and upload it... unless i remember it wrong.. i kinda gave up after making too many triangles...

Hey, when I uploaded my face accessory as a hat it made the accessory go on the head, any way on how to fix this. (It says "to change ugc type, resubmit the model" Idk how to do that.)
For some reason I cant do the ctrl+b thing, it just makes a big white-dotted plus

Why is it when I export my character that the character that head is the thing that starts at 0,0,0 everything else is under 0,0,0
Not even 5 minutes in I got confused and closed my explorer and the thing under it and now they won't come back even after closing studio and launching it again.
i cant find normals or auto smooth, im using 4.2, is there a substitute for auto smooth or can i go with out?

a little late, but since UGCs are basically allowed to RIP OFF other items like freaking Dominus hoods... would i be allowed to make fake versions of event only capes? the cape im looking for doesnt exist on the marketplace and is only a HUB ONLY item from the Haunt event, i basically want to recreate it so i can use it myself outside the event
I recalculated the outside but when i export it into roblox studio it still looks phase through and double sided wont work when it comes to uploading ugc how do i fixit so i can make it non phase through

yes, the rig he's using in blender is just an exported rig from roblox studio

your just gunna have to make the same hat but just different texture for different head like woman, narrow etc
