Cloudland Canyon was our base of operations for caving trips. The TAG area (Tennesse, Alabama, Georgia) has over 12,000 caves. We used to tent camp at Cloudland. It was cheap back in the day as we could get a group site for something like $70. Now over 3x as much.
Loved the shoutout to Rick. I agree with both you guys. Cloudland Canyon is one of my favorite places to camp and hike. As a retired old fart, I get a discount at all Georgia state parks so, yeah, I pony up and pay the price. Gotta' say Slim, your productions truly are wonderful. Thanks for taking us along.

What memories! I worked at a summer camp for kids very close to Cloudland Canyon State park while in University. We used to take our groups there for day hikes! This was in the early 1980's!
