very nice video. you have covered the position of mars and mercury as in my rashi chart. of course, my lagna is scorpio, so it is a 1-11 exchange (me: sco, ma: vir) and of course, a 6-8 exchange! in rashi chart, jupiter, ketu are in lagna (sco). anyway, would this be considred good?
+Mayur Gondhalekar A 6-8 exchange is pretty difficult. Mercury and Mars will be harmful, like in a pointless discussion with a police officer when you got a speeding ticket. Mercury and Mars both end up angry. With 3-11 the ticket will incite you to be more clever next time to avoid getting caught. Mercury (the thinking mind) will still be angry but is also very inspired to 'dig deeper' to find a solution).

It is destroying that particular rasi or house u always said that we have to look at the bhava chart for the houses. Considering my birth chart i am cancer ascendent both on bhava and birth chart i have mars in mithuna in birth chart and mars in 11th house(bhava chart) . Mercury in Aries in birth chart and in 9th house in bhava chart. Considering bhava chart there is no parivarthna between these two. So they are destroying the rasi or the bhava they are in. +kathyayini j.n. Yes. It will get triggered in Mercury-Jupiter period or Jupiter- Mercury period. What you missed out it is that it will work even separately in Mercury period and Jupiter period. That is because the parivathana has linked them permanently.

+Sridurga A The exchange has its own Raja Yogas. So you will get both good and bad effects. Moreover you need to see how close Mercury is to the Sun. One way to understand is look into the past. Check how was Mars and Mercury periods. The 5th house lord in the 10th house is good, the 10th house lord in the 5th is good. The good results have to come too. Same way exchange between enemies may harm, because you have to look at the fact that Mercury is lord of 8th and Mars is the lord of 3rd too. These are challenging houses.

+Venkatesh Bhaskar The word Vipareeta means reverse, contrary, false, opposite, untrue, etc. So you will have to deal with Vipareeta Yoga in quite a different way especially with caution. Astrologers are eager to say only the nice things of a yoga. People also love to hear the nice side. For example leaving motherland is considered a defect, however today, people aspire to leave motherland. It is a debatable topic. Staying with mother may hamper the growth, the person who boldly leaves home as an adventure may or may not find treasure in a foreign land. Because he went away, he gained, but at a cost.

Your view is a novel approach if you look at the logic. However, I use examples as in real life. Enemies will not have a healthy discussion. They fight all the time. So a healthy dialogue according me is not possible between enemies. Please continue the debate and let's see what others say of our arguments.
+E K Dhilip Kumar Venkatesh, I have a similar case in my horoscope for mercury and Mars although the houses involved are 9 and 11.As Dhilip Sir has indicated in his other videos, Mercury is a functional benefic for me but, Mars is functional malefic. Hence, Mars is already negative and then becomes more so since it is in a bad house and an enemy sign. In my case, I lost my father in Rahu dasha and Mars antardasha since mars in 9th affects father. But I did get a significant bump in income during the same period maybe since mars in lord of 11th and sits with the moon. Mercury periods have not been bad. So I would suggest, dont worry too much about mercury, but do consider remedies for Mars that Dhilip Sir has stated below. I guess, one cant look at a yoga in isolation, you will need to consider other things about the planets involved,,
+E K Dhilip Kumar I had the same doubt. From what I have understood so far, it seemed as if vipareet raja yoga means either fortune after loss. So it seems as if the native would have to encounter some loss first, before he can make some serious gains. I could be wrong, but that seems to be a more apt interpretation for a vipareeta raja yoga between 6th and 8th lord, even if they are enemies.

+S Narayan Please do not cross refer into Navamsa chart. Please stay in the Rasi Chart or the Bhava Chart only. In Rasi Chart we ma know of the Rasi Parivarthana yoga and in Bhava Chart we may know the Bhava Parivarthana yogas. In this video I have confined to only Rasi Chart.

For moon and mars parivartan it is a double debilitation. What happens then? In this case its a libra asc. So 2 and 10

His Birth chart is Taurus Ascendant, He has Jupiter in Taurus and Venus in Pisces ( 11 th house ). 11th house also occupied by Sun and Mars, Mars and Venus are very close to Sun ( less than 3 degrees ). so in this case Parivarthana Yoga holds. if so, how strong it would be. very nice video. you have covered the position of mars and mercury as in my rashi chart. of course, my lagna is scorpio, so it is a 1-11 exchange (me: sco, ma: vir) and of course, a 6-8 exchange! in rashi chart, jupiter, ketu are in lagna (sco).

+Mayur Gondhalekar A 6-8 exchange is pretty difficult. Mercury and Mars will be harmful, like in a pointless discussion with a police officer when you got a speeding ticket. Mercury and Mars both end up angry.
With 3-11 the ticket will incite you to be more clever next time to avoid getting caught. Mercury (the thinking mind) will still be angry but is also very inspired to 'dig deeper' to find a solution).

It is destroying that particular rasi or house u always said that we have to look at the bhava chart for the houses. Considering my birth chart i am cancer ascendent both on bhava and birth chart i have mars in mithuna in birth chart and mars in 11th house(bhava chart) . Mercury in Aries in birth chart and in 9th house in bhava chart. Considering bhava chart there is no parivarthna between these two. So they are destroying the rasi or the bhava they are in. +kathyayini j.n. Yes. It will get triggered in Mercury-Jupiter period or Jupiter- Mercury period. What you missed out it is that it will work even separately in Mercury period and Jupiter period. That is because the parivathana has linked them permanently.

Sir, for kumbha lagna how will be the parivarthana between 5 th and 10 th lords Mars and Mercury. Mercury is with sun and Jupiter in 10 th house.
+Sridurga A The exchange has its own Raja Yogas. So you will get both good and bad effects. Moreover you need to see how close Mercury is to the Sun. One way to understand is look into the past. Check how was Mars and Mercury periods. The 5th house lord in the 10th house is good, the 10th house lord in the 5th is good. The good results have to come too. Same way exchange between enemies may harm, because you have to look at the fact that Mercury is lord of 8th and Mars is the lord of 3rd too. These are challenging houses.

Astrologers are eager to say only the nice things of a yoga. People also love to hear the nice side. For example leaving motherland is considered a defect, however today, people aspire to leave motherland. It is a debatable topic. Staying with mother may hamper the growth, the person who boldly leaves home as an adventure may or may not find treasure in a foreign land. Because he went away, he gained, but at a cost.

Your view is a novel approach if you look at the logic. However, I use examples as in real life. Enemies will not have a healthy discussion. They fight all the time. So a healthy dialogue according me is not possible between enemies. Please continue the debate and let's see what others say of our arguments.
+E K Dhilip Kumar Venkatesh, I have a similar case in my horoscope for mercury and Mars although the houses involved are 9 and 11.As Dhilip Sir has indicated in his other videos, Mercury is a functional benefic for me but, Mars is functional malefic. Hence, Mars is already negative and then becomes more so since it is in a bad house and an enemy sign. In my case, I lost my father in Rahu dasha and Mars antardasha since mars in 9th affects father. But I did get a significant bump in income during the same period maybe since mars in lord of 11th and sits with the moon. Mercury periods have not been bad. So I would suggest, dont worry too much about mercury, but do consider remedies for Mars that Dhilip Sir has stated below. I guess, one cant look at a yoga in isolation, you will need to consider other things about the planets involved,,
+E K Dhilip Kumar I had the same doubt. From what I have understood so far, it seemed as if vipareet raja yoga means either fortune after loss. So it seems as if the native would have to encounter some loss first, before he can make some serious gains. I could be wrong, but that seems to be a more apt interpretation for a vipareeta raja yoga between 6th and 8th lord, even if they are enemies.

+SNAKES Mars is fallen in Cancer but that can be the sign of a great friend (Moon), if your Moon is in Aries. It's neutral if your Moon is in Scorpio. That parivartana yoga is 'stronger' (more tenacious).
Most important assignment: ahimsa, non-violence. Neither (over)protect, nor try and conquer the world around you, but accept it as it is. Your non-violence will be your power.

+S Narayan Please do not cross refer into Navamsa chart. Please stay in the Rasi Chart or the Bhava Chart only. In Rasi Chart we ma know of the Rasi Parivarthana yoga and in Bhava Chart we may know the Bhava Parivarthana yogas. In this video I have confined to only Rasi Chart.
