Looking great. Cressamy and I really like your floor plan. If possible can you show the viewers how your neighbor Paul’s house coming along and a walk through on his floor plan. Thank you and best wishes to you and Har. Enjoy your beautiful home.
Good morning Tom and Har the dream home look so beautiful and with all the love both of you have for each other show me that Happiness doesn't has anything to do with age, color, neither money, God bless you and keep you together until the end of times.
Hi Tom hehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehe an adventure!!!!!! Tom its more than an adventure, its the beginning of my new life, Angelica and I got marry the 08/14/2024 this week I bought my SUV and now we are looking for a land to build our home sweet home, maybe not as gorgeous as your dream home but, a home where we can have chickens ducks and couple of goat hehehehehehehehehehe. Tom and Har you are my inspiration on building a house because I was thinking on just buy one already made but, you changed my mind. I hope you enjoy the dream home forever God Bless you.
I like the tile motif you selected...Very nice! Is the water coming from the barangay, or are you using well/rain water? Finnsnow had issues with his water, lots of minerals, etc. Was quite a chore to get it clear (it is OK now)... In a new build, always things to tinker with to get to your desired state... Grass is perking up, as are the plants... A nice yard to enjoy the ambience of The Philippines is paramount to me... You're well on your way in that regard... TC you two...Congrats once more, you're building your dreams... 🙏🙏🙏 👍😎👍
@@smartbiz888 hi and thanks for watching and commenting! Yes our water supply is from Valencia water and hopefully we won’t have the same issue as Finn did !! I think the filters I installed will help with the dirt and sand and hopefully once it’s filled and can add salt and get pump circulation going the algae will clear up !!
Hi guys! Looking great! Yeah the Starllink is a little steep monthly, but the half price of the equipment is nice. You have such good view of your skies, Starlink would provide you with a solid service, and you won't be subjected to outages of the local companies. With your solar/battery system, you will always have internet except extreme heavy rain conditions that might cause degradation. But if you are giving a local option a try, that's certainly understandable... let us know how they perform! Take care and see you guys soon!
@@OneMansParadise Hi guy’s thanks for watching and commenting! Yes starlink would provide the most reliable without question! Our goal is to see just how low we can make the monthly operating costs for this house but everything is subject to change 😂. We are really enjoying your new TH-cam channel!!
Hi Charles! We are now trying Dito Wifi which so far seems to be working well but not as fast as I would like lol 😂 thanks for watching and commenting!
Good to see you again fit and well. Debbies looks like a good breakfast place guys. Is it near North Point? Don't worry about the green water - it is normal to see. Once you get it circulating and salting it will clear within a day or so🙂😀.
Hi Kevin! Hope all is well in NZ !! Yes Gabby’s Bistro is a great little hole in the wall place for breakfast or lunch ! They have a different place called gabbys but this one is in between duma and Sibulan. Maybe we can take y’all there on your next visit !! Thanks for watching and commenting!!
Hey Tom & Har, it's been a long time coming but it's almost finally together and looking so good. I was wondering if you couldn't get water delivered? Also, I was thinking about StarLink before you said you didn't want it. I don't know much about it but I hear how bad internet is over there and I might be tempted to get that myself until Fiber is installed and reliable. We're supposed to be getting fiber here in our development hopefully by the end of the year. They will offer up to 1 GB but I will only need the 250 MB DL and UL for $55/mo. That's all I need. Was that a guitar case I saw in the last video? I have 4 guitars here that I never play. Can't wait to see the completed house... That reminds me, what's happening with the Solar stuff? Where are the panels going to be in the roof?
Hi Dave! Thanks for watching and commenting!! I’m still considering getting starlink but for now we are using ditto wifi and it’s working good but we will see … we still have a couple weeks before the sale is over on starlink lol 😂. Yes I bought a very cheap Chinese guitar here because i didn’t bring any of mine with me ! I too have 4 very nice guitars in the USA along with a bass guitar and a banjo, guild 12 string acoustic and an American fender Stratocaster all of which i haven’t played in years now 🤣🤣. Our next video will include some updates on our solar so keep watching !!!
Hi Tom and Har. Have you tried to order pool lights from Lazada Philippines? They are normally pretty quick with delivery also. Everything looking good at your home. Take care and God Bless you guys.
Hi Kenny! Yes we do order from lazada however the problem with these lights were being a size that would fit the pipes supplying the 12v wires. We removed and just did away with them for now and may go with a different more readily available light in the future!! Thanks for watching and commenting!!
@@grizzlysteve5728 thanks for watching and commenting! I guess everything is subject to perspective…Starlink is 2700p here in the Philippines which is 48.00usd as of today’s exchange rate! You are correct about it not being much in USA standards however many Filipino workers must work a long hard week to make that much ! Our goal with this house is to have it operate on the most efficient monthly cost basis as possible and there are many choices here which are far less !
@tomandharpresents I'm having trouble finding double pane. Not very common. I may have to go Manila. I did find extra wide quartz for our island countertop though.
