This is what I love about GOOD black metal is that since the days of Bathory we have had our albums graced with the haunting orchestral themes overlaid with the sounds of nature, giving an eerie dream like feel as the music builds and builds in intensity before at last unleashing into a sonic torrent that throws the mind into the darkest pits of itself where you will stay until the music has fallen silent once more
