Nah, you also need to build beds, build hot springs/baths, give them medicine or else it'll have consequences. The micro-management is so annoying and exhausting and tiring. I feel burned out every time i boot up the game and play only 15 minutes management and the rest is a random mix of addiction into the game 😂
