I don’t follow valorant esports that much but based off the intro I was immediately was rooting for EDG. Imagine having the burden of redeeming your entire region in everyone’s eyes after being called the worst. It clearly gave them enough motivation to win.

28:07 I think the point of omen using his ult here, to "scare" the defender away. Becauss they know that 3 are mid and 1 each at site. No one can check the flank because the position of that 3 guys in the mid are in. And i think thats why astra left the back site too
i think its super crucial to mention that on their second last round, kangkang did NOT tilt buy the guardian or did it unintentionally. he called to aggro B site knowing TH has been fully abusing it, and called this strat to counter it. in this case for EDG, it worked beautifully.

Rewatching this game has restarted that heartbreak - I wanted TH to win so badly. Such a good game, and both teams played their hearts out.
