Grazie Giuseppe &Team ❤

Senator Legarda has filed the Zero Food Waste Act. Research showed that over 9 million tons of household food go to waste every year and hundreds of thousands of tons of rice! There are also food waste from businesses like supermarkets, restaurants, hotels. Enough to feed the hungry. The act proposes a system for storing and redistributing excess food which otherwise will go to waste. You can look it up. Leftover restaurant, hotel food will be collected and turned to fertilizer since it will not be considered fit for consumption and anybody who throws edible food (food fit for consumption) will be penalized. I hope this becomes law soon. It's horrible collecting food from garbage like there's a war and there's food shortage when so much go to waste.

I was just randomly playing videos in YT and suddenly stumbled upon your channel. After watching a couple of videos, I find them very interesting so I kept watching your videos. And today, I found this video! I am a Filipino and I am glad that you find our fellow countrymen amazing despite the situation that they are in. I feel sad at the same time. I know, there are more impoverished areas in my country and so do other countries. I'm just glad you gave them the opportunity to get known and be known not just as mere scavengers but warriors of life.
Your videos keep inspiring us all over the world to be the best version of our selves. You teaches us lessons about life. Appreciate small things. Love always. Embrace peace, and keep living. Again, thank you and 'Mabuhay'! This is the greeting we always use to say - long live!

I grew up in Hollywood CA. I remember some of our food came from the trash. I didn’t care. I was so hungry I just wished there was more. My mother was resourceful. This is what we ate when we ran out of beans. Especially during the summer when school was out. That was in the 1980’s and early 1990’s. Being poor like that taught me to work hard and have gratitude AND to be kind to others. I live well now but I don’t take it for granted. Things can flip on a dime.

But seeing this, is a whole nother level of saving leftovers. This was extremely heartbreaking!! These are people who truly are resilient. That they are finding jobs instead of begging on the corner, is in itself a great trait ! When I see people here In America standing on a corner, begging for money, I will stop and show them these videos. That these people are still smiling thru what we think is poverty, is truly touching! How can we complain in life when we have it all compared to these people??. That time I took food from the buffet in the coffee shop and if I didn't like it I left it and took smth else. He saw it and asked me not to do like that as it's disrespect towards God's gifts, many people in the world even have nothing to eat. He said it very softly and it got straight to my heart. After that case I try to eat up to every grain on my plate. And feel really sad if food gets spoilt and I have to throw it or if I buy some but it's not edible... and this video made me shrink especially after working and F&B and seeing how much of untouched even food was wasted...

Everywhere the Catholic church has gone is full of poverty and corruption. All of Central and South America, Europe, many African countries, etc.. all have one thing in common, the Catholic church with a fake white Jesus. Tell your people to get away from the Church and start believing in what the Bible actually teaches. Stop listening to what they say and read it for yourself. Rev 1: 1-17 what the real Jesus looked like and the ancient of days, Daniele 10:5-6. Christmas is a pagan. Veramente.

This makes me realize that Im the privileged one, my parents work their butts here in Metro Manila to give me education. It makes me ashame that some of my countrymen are doing this. But for all I know, the government give them 4ps(Money) for food and education. So where the hell the money goes???

Sri Lanka is not exactly a 'poor country...
It's a developing country ranking 78th on the Human Development Index, which is high..
Its much more prosperous than a majority of African countries, as well as much of west asia(middle east).
