If you try installing any software and this process not work on your pc because, antivirus on fire protection on or human error any possibility. That time all peoples only un install software ,but in c drive _program file location Steel there , due to this if second time you install software correctly but they will not work, solution is simple uninstall software and also file locatio in 'c' drive
