Tip: Use non ethanol gas on your generators, it will help reduce wear and tear on the internal parts of the generator. Regular gas eats away at the plastic parts of the motors when left sitting for long periods of time.
You can also get a conversion kit for most generators and run them off natural gas and have a hook up installed at your house natural gas meter then don’t have to get any kind of fuel, that’s what I did with mine it’s a lot more convenient then storing and worrying about gas or propane.
One the other problems with gas is it goes bad after so long so make sure to replace it once year or keep fuel stabilizer on hand, I learned the hard way lol
