Lol why are you making it so confusing for others to understand. CNO started accepting nclex from anywhere after 2013. So u can just pass nclex from anywhere to meet the educational requirements only.
I think you are having confusion about this. CNO was never accepting nclex in exchange to education requirements. Even I had to do courses to met my educational requirements. First call CNO and clear your doubts. They were accepting it only as a requirement for registration exam and not education. Thank you
