I'm afraid of attracting the same type of energy back into my life. I didn’t deserve any of those experiences, but I’ve learned to set better boundaries. I’ve done a lot of inner work, including therapy, and I’ve grown comfortable being single. It’s been almost two years now. I’ve also come to understand that being in an abusive relationship isn’t my fault. Abusers often present themselves in a way that builds trust, lowering your guard. They manipulate and create a false persona, and by the time their true nature is revealed, you’ve already let them in. It wasn’t about willingly entering that situation; it was about being deceived by someone who was faking it long enough to take advantage.
And that is scary it has been taking some time for me to trust myself again and my judgment of people 💔 but it's so funny I'm a very spiritual person so since that experience it seemed like my discernment got a lot stronger
🫶🏼 you already realized the lesson! In your life you will meet people with whom you will have the same dynamics you had in the past over and over again- which can be upsetting. But by learning the lessons behind those dynamics- you will create boundaries. By having those boundaries you can now choose how close those people can get to you and what „title“ or „position“ you give to those people in your life. Like in dream state. You can’t choose the scenery or the people and things that show up in your dreams- your subconscious chooses that for you.. It chooses those things by your external input (which you can actually control but that’s another topic for another day) BUT IF you are Lucid- you can do whatever the heck you want with the stuff that comes up in your dream- you can go wherever you want aaaand you can interact with whoever you want. You may not be able to control the dream „vibe“ itself but you can control YOURSELF in it! My abusive relationship thought me the same! And going more into the past- I needed this repetitive cycle to understand that- not only what my ex did- but also what my father did was not my fault. After that I recognised that people still came into my life that I had the same dynamic with- that triggered the same spots. And to all of them I had an undeniable smeggsual tension towards.. But you know what? It was my decision and my strength of boundaries that I’ve built to never let those people close to me again. After my ex,- it was someone in a friend group, then it was a colleague, then It was a customer, then a friend of a friend.. what I want to say with that is.. the more I stood on my decision not to fall for my attraction to them but to open my eyes to the repeating dynamic and say „NO“- the further away their „positions“ got introduced into my life- I am the only one that can pull them closer and give them a different Title in my life that they came in with (like make them my bestfriend/ boyfriend/ choosing to hire them). But I will choose to say „NO“ until they are introduced into my life as just a insignificant angry voice shouting at me on the street. And even in that scenario- I can just choose to put my headphones in and wink them *byebyee* with a smile 😊 You are not blind anymore! You learned so so much! And I am sure that you will have the strength too to say „NO“. You will never ever again not see this dynamic clearly for what it is- You are Lucid now 💕
