I was just a HSP and later become an Empath when I absorbs the emotions of others, but lately, I've been super sensitive about every little details, especially what's going on in our household (a visitor came over and stayed), at first I didn't even thought anything about it. But when I was having nightmares in my sleeps even sleep paralysis. And later the behavior of that visitor, I could tell something change towards me after those weird dreams. And I'm the only one in the family who could identify this, even big brother wants to put me in a mental hospital for being overly sensitive, making me think I might be just exaggerating all of this, but after I saw this video, I can say, the gut feeling I have, might be real and true.
As a sigma empath (maybe super empath too) I've met some narcissists, a sociopath, and a psychopath. Eventually through various perceptions and intuitions on my part the last two types were like a machine/inanimate object with no conscience or remorse. That easily equals evil in a human being.

I’ve known for awhile that I’m an empath; since I’ve come to realize how sigma empaths are, it felt like everything finally made sense, since I know other empaths and I “felt” I was not better, but different, in a way that I saw more angles to the same situation, or picked up “invisible hints” (but nonetheless proven as being true facts). I must admit that I have played as chameleon more than once, tested some ppl in order to see how far would they go (unbeknownst to them), and I did all out instinct, just to name a few “odd situations”. I felt highly misunderstood, to the point I’d question my own sanity sometimes, since I wasn’t able to logically explain all the nonlinear connections and “inner perceptions” I’ve had made. Some people might look at themselves as normal , the way they think , act and when to speak , but in reality we aren't just different in shapes but we are also different in hearts and brains. Some people might be gifted with special talent that most miss. I have morality that makes people feel less, Most of the time i'm an advisor and cheer people on. I do not have to break people to feel "better" so people always try to break me. I do not have friends and also all my boyfriends were narcissist. I feel alien in this world because i'am diffrent and attrack toxic people because they need healing but i also have to work on my shadows now because i don't want to waste my time and life anymore. I stop being codependent on others and "understanding" i can understand something but it doenst justify bad behaviour. Maybe sigma empaths are also hsp because we can feel for example someones sexual energie we feel it. And we can choose to take distance before someone will try something. We can also ask ourselfs is this something i would do? We know whats right and wrong.

Yes, I have been an Empatth since I can remember, and also have the traits of a Sigma Empath. I am taking this now up a notch or 2. I am studying Forensic Science (I have been able to recognise things at an incident, and know who is lying, hiding something) and I am also studying Criminal Psychology. I am definitely a SIGMA FEMALE EMPATH!!! This “SUPERPOWER “ was bestowed upon me at the age of 19. I’m currently 55 yrs. Yes, empathy briefly explained. Of course it blows your mind when you hear and feel all this at the age of 11. You defend yourself against it and against the voices. Then the voices stop and you get scared. Fear because you wonder if you've just imagined the voices, so you assign "function" empathy back to, but "at a low level". A healthy empath sees the "emotions" displayed in the field of vision, as normal without anything special in real time. It's interesting when you deactivate empathy. Then everything around you becomes much brighter, you don't know anything about other people and you feel naked. With empathy comes the opportunity to connect deeply; the brain structures that exist and what they mean are exciting. For example, no one knows that the subconscious can "talk" independently of the person themselves. I can talk to the subconscious and "find out" and "inquire about" things and the other person doesn't know anything about it. You can also “connect in depth” through this, but I never understood the construct.
My priest told me that in the presence of true evil you present physical symptoms....that 'gut feeling' or other abdominal upset is a common sign. I have used my gut intuition since I was a child, and it has served me well in my professional and personal life. Ppl will always show you who they really are when you become quiet and watch. Past behavior is dependable a barometer.

You just have to pay attention to people and what they say, it's super easy to see an evil person or a person who doesn't have any good morals. They all have certain things in common, but ill keep those to myself.
Intuition is more than just a comparator. She not only compares, but can delve into the other person's subconscious and copy it and from there collect data about where the behavior comes from and why. That means the data from the other brain - intuition as the central brain is relatively in the middle, far down. It sends the data to long-term memory, which is to the left of the central brain. At night, when the “daily processes stop” the central brain can work at 100% capacity. Just to add, running during the day keeps the central brain very busy. The elimination of all secondary workflows makes it possible to retrieve the data from storage and process it. The central brain shows the subconscious structures and analyzes “peak” by “peak”. If the central brain doesn't know what to do next, it passes on a formula and tries to find the background with me analytically or subconsciously looks for a comparison pattern during the day. It may be that the brain doesn't know a pattern and then - 4 years later - sees the pattern and immediately says that's it. Intuition does not stop until it has analyzed everything and all questions have been clarified. In severe psychological cases, however, this takes months and 100% of the brain. There is complex processing...
We get these skills from living many many many many past lives, your not just born with it right off the bat, it takes lifetimes to gather the knowledge needed

It's weird being a Sigma Empath, Introvert and Highly Intuitive - even through txting messages i can sense/detect if they lie or not, and also by looking a photo of an individual even if i haven't met them yet in person. Much worst when the person is right next to me i see their soul, read their energy easily, body language, voice tone etc... as if nothing can escape. Not easy being a Sigma Empath living in 3D.
I started analyzing subconscious structures when I was 11 and unfortunately I learned far too much there. Evil is cruel based on logic with underdeveloped brain structures - especially without emotions. Empaths are perfect police officers or judges.
And sometimes even if I try to lie if I don't even mean to. I feel so guilty and vulnerable.. like everybody knows I'm lying. So I don't like to be put in that position.
it's more like you've detected the corruption with in yourself and delt with it. either by elimination or integration. you recognize your own faults in yourself and what you might think or how others you know or have known would reach about the situation.
I don't have to push their patience, their true colors are detectable. True, I can sense right away an evil people, it's just a matter of highly observant and empathy.
We are humble we will meet we are gentle we continue to grow develops stay under Authority we love Justice keeping our word and vows we renew our mind daily we make sure we put what is wholesome what is Honorable we make sure the steady what is right what is true what is Godly we decipher we love wisdom and we would never reveal our talents
two things. One. it is very easy to detect evil.. just say "show of hands, anyone here evil?" the other thing to know is, satan is at least 3000 years old, God is older. Humans on earth are children in comparison. Humans are sinners on their worst days. sin is immature evil. Humans are not old enough to do evil, all by their big boy/girl selves.

I started analyzing subconscious structures when I was 11 and unfortunately I learned far too much there. Evil is cruel based on logic with underdeveloped brain structures - especially without emotions. Empaths are perfect police officers or judges.
And sometimes even if I try to lie if I don't even mean to.
I feel so guilty and vulnerable.. like everybody knows I'm lying.
So I don't like to be put in that position.
it's more like you've detected the corruption with in yourself and delt with it. either by elimination or integration. you recognize your own faults in yourself and what you might think or how others you know or have known would reach about the situation.
