Good video. I don;t think that's fair. Hitchcocks should stand for the cost of the postage on the wrong item return plus the VAT on it. I would ask them for a refund of the postage. If I may be so bold may I suggest a bit of grease would not have gone amiss? Edward

Just what I did later, not shown in the video is me taking it off again to put a bit of grease on. I'm old and forgetful 😂
