Nice - didn't know this existed. Haven't been up Nimman Road in the evening, maybe I should next time I'm out there. 2:05 - that corn on the cob looks delicious! 2:24 - Cool! Looks like a kebab shop. 8:52 - that's the market opposite the Chiang Mai University gates, right? Or is it the one behind Maya? I went to the one near the University the first time I was up there - I actually walked all the way from the moat! I'd heard there was a halal sushi restaurant, so I thought I'd try it out. I suppose since it's near where students live the prices were a little less than usual. Quite interesting. The sushi shop turned out to be under the big canopy, more of a very large stall rather than an actual enclosed shop. Quite good, too. 13:32 - Ah.. so this is the one behind Maya. Haven't been to it yet, I'm usually at Maya in the daytime to catch movies. Maybe I'll watch one in the evening and pop down to the market afterwards. By the way, if you ever want to buy, say, a dozen caps or T-shirts - there's an area behind Warorot Market near the river, where the yellow Songtheaws have their terminal - that's where they wholesale the things. REALLY interesting place to visit. I suspect a lot of the stuff sold at these markets come from there. The most interesting shop there is the toy wholesaler. 14:19 - Chichester Volleyball? 😁 15:00 - Yes, you should absolutely get some braids... 😁 You definitely do manage to cover a lot of ground with a bike. I can't imagine walking from the Chiang Mai Gate, up Suthep Road and Nimman and all the way to the University Market and back again...

I'm not much of a mall person, but I love Maya Mall. I guess because when I first lived in CM I lived near Maya. It was kind of an Oasis for me that I could always stop off for a bit of a cool down when I was out exploring. They also have the wonderful Rimping Market in the basement where I could always find anything I needed, stock up and get a Grab back home. Maya will always be my go to mall as it is well located in a fabulous area. It is a great destination when taking my long walks. Good place for a refreshment, watch some eye candy and then head back to the condo.
I like Maya to Bradley, whenever i'm in the Nimman area, i always like a look in Maya. I like the food court in Maya. As you mentioned, always great eye candy in Nimman mate 😉

Wayne...Great F1 race. But they seemed to change the rules to allow a last lap. Of course, Lewis got a break earlier in the race. Bur not as crucial as that final lap. Maybe revenge next year. Will he still be with Mercedes?
It was a action packed race Robert, edge of the seat stuff. It was all set for Lewis to win with ease, but then the safety car came out. Lewis should have given the place back at the start. The race directors and rules was all over the place but Max deserves it. Crazy race. Lewis will be with Mercedes next year but all new car designs next year, so anything can happen. Lewis is still one of the greatest.

That Promenada ride was probably the worst ride i ever done here mate. I hope i never have to do it again. Some of the worst roads out that way.
