NZ 1 Manual Winding Machine for Transformers and Filter coils

Unpacking and testing a very simple but solid manual coils winding machine.
Fast shipment from Germany. Strong casting construction, well done, metallic gears and solid feels. Works as it should, needs a proper base. A slight glue trace over the contour display and plastic case, a little more quality control doesn't hurt, though no impediment to functionality. Over all a good product.

Yes, a very simple and intuitive tool to wind the coils. But did you see all the wires concentrated in the middle leaving you no space for the secondary windings to run. Do we have some kind of bearing support to make for the wire wheels to run on, so that, the layers can be neatly adjusted as coils on the bobbin?
