France’s hard right party predicted to become largest parliamentary party | Peter Conradi

- “It will certainly be the largest party, but it will probably fall short in quite a way short, I think, of the 289 seats that it and its allies would need to get a majority.”
If France’s hard right National Rally does not win a majority after the second round of elections, Emmanuel Macron would have to “put together a kind of weird coalition” of different political parties, says Peter Conradi.

Never thought I’d see the day France would upstage us - good luck France
We are not even on the stage - our government are clowns
I prefer to be hard right than hard wrong
free free free France free free free europe ~!!!
National Rally get the most votes in the election by a considerable margin, but lose the election. 21st democracy...! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Bravo. Marine Le Pen is the solution to France's woe.
-and possibly OURS, now..........
So now far-right has become hard right. Those who can think for themselves don't bother playing with words anyway. 😉
When has Center Right become Hard Right?..... your bias is despicable!
Good, I hope this bodes well for Reform today.
Not hard right. Just patriots.
fool
Why not just own it? It's not a slur. it is just political speak that refers to a few ideologies under the right wing 'cohert'.
@Skygrey2943 No! Because it suggests you have the same political views as the man with the little moustache or mussolini or Moseley.
@arnoldsaunders6073 The thing is, the rhetoric is the same. The Austrian painter got in democratically by scapegoating the same people that the culture wars target. The majority of German people were good, decent people, but they got hijacked by clever propaganda that played on their prejudices and lack of education.
@Skygrey2943 Wrong. There are nationalities that are more easily led by manipulating political entities. Plus, they have a character that lacks empathy for humans outside their ethnic group.
If only we could have this in the UK
'Hard' right, 'Far' right....
This sort of media knobspeak is getting really tiresome
Couldn't agree more Nanu. This Nobspeak should be shoved in his Gobspeak.
Great to see..UK needs to follow suit..just right NOT far right
hard right??? dont you mean patriots??
Ah yes the last refuge of a scoundrel...and a fascist
Why do I get the impression that Agnes is a sad Macronista? 😂
Not hard right at all. You lot are not cutting through anymore.
There’s little else to call a Putin sycophant.
So 'far right' has become 'hard right'?
I suspect hard right a hard left term, for anyone who isn't hard left.
National Rally is centre right not hard right. Macron is hard left
Splendid news!
thumbs down for headleine , sort it out
Just read a coalition push to block National Rally will cost France 200 billion euros.
The EU will pay 😮💨
Still a big step in the right direction. This is an emerging global trend.
They hope it'll fall short but it doesn't like it'll go that way, Vive la France!
The sky is falling on TR. End of the world.
Right is Right
What does hard right actually mean?
Pretty sure its not what most people think it does.
Political spectrum
Ukrainian government
So is macron hard left and far left or does the media only call patriots nasty names
French politics sounds really complicated. No wonder they cant get rid of these idiots
Oh give it a rest! Far right has morphed into hard right now. Pathetic
Wonderful news 😀
this agnes is all over the place
How does a Niece, become NOT a Niece ? -if She's not very Nice ? .
NOT HARD RIGHT. HARD COMMON SENSE
Well done Le Penn. More of the same. Another one aside from Orban who should be cloned.!!
hard right? 'far right' lost its salience?
Cest bon
Hard right? Wont watch this.
They are planning to move the capital to Vichy I heard?
No to Islamabad
Common lie from the hard left.
You didn't hear that.
Wonder why they are doing so well...
It's a pity this country will be going the complete opposite to France tomorrow
Oh no my friend. It's a bright light in an otherwise dark world.
@@tommymorrison6478 Will you be saying the same thing when all the lights go out
@@twisteddancer7773 At no time in any Labour government have the lights gone out. On the contrary, the lights have never been closer to going out - excepting WW II - than the last 14 years. Remind me who has been in power all that time.
People like yourself just won't learn. In order to do so you'd have to cast aside all the prejudices you've spent your life acquiring and nurturing. Reality simply isn't what you do.
@@tommymorrison6478 My grand parents used to tell me about in the 70s when labour were the government there were plenty of power cuts and strikes
@@twisteddancer7773 Indeed, I remember it. Ted Heath and the Conservative party were in power for 4 years, and we had both power cuts and strikes during that time - it's what brought him down. There were also strikes when Labour were in power but I don't recall power cuts. Of course some people might imagine that not everything can be blamed on whatever party is in power at the time, but you're clearly not one of those.
There were also strikes a-plenty, and riots too, during Thatcher's reign, but no doubt you'll find a way to not blame those on her. It's only when Labour are in that the government is to blame, true?
Not Hard Right JUST RIGHT usual despicable msm BIAS.
STOP this "hard right" nonsense. RN speaks for the people. Ganging up on RN is NOT democracy.
I am sure your audience will agree that it will be good to have a French leader who is an admirer of Vladimir Putin.
First out of your mouth you lie. the NR is not far right!!! They are only far right if you start left of center The NR is Center Center-Right.
Right !
Maybe I’m getting older or less picky regarding a lady’s looks? But have always found le Penn to be strangely sexy .
She looks evil. Silly man.
@@RockdownPlus Evil could be a turn on. She's actually well left of centre on economic policy. Far right indeed.🙄
