You will find it in any hardware store.
you can buy through printer reference shop for manual hole machine for rs2800 I purchased at madurai for my home hobby- heavy wt -useful for big binding also - easy to use

I've never seen someone just do something to get it done. The craftsman ship was horrendous. The bubbles and wrinkles and lack of amount of glue. The video was done very well though.

His customers won't pay him good enough money for the binding so using low cost materials justifies. If you want better quality, just pay him 150-200 bucks for best material.
