we came there to hope get a ride from sabine, but we got this guy instead, he is really cool guy, even gave us a lift back so we only had to jump on one train instead three when we went back home :D he "only" got us up to 297kmh(the cars odometer) :P

this was a fast lap considering there were a lot of people going slow, it was pouring, the car had an extra 700 pounds or so and he wasn't really driving agressive.
The reactions at Flugplatz and Fuchsrohre are hilarious, I had the same kind of "wow" when I did my first 2 laps in my own car. You get lifted of your seat at Flugplatz and then get pressed hard in your seat at the bottom of Fuchsrohre
The modifications were done in winter 2015/2016, during the time the track was closed. Look for onboard records of the last season. You can see the new tarmac.

@@InDieTasten these cars have in excess of 500 horses. Turn traction control off and have a heavy foot is all you need. Matter of fact you don't even need to floor it.
@@InDieTasten I know my answer is a bit late :D, but people who are good at drifting would argue dry conditions and decent tires are better for drifting than wet. Wet is easier to get started obviously but a lot harder to control, maintain and predict once you are in the slide. Looking back i think they don't drift that much on dry because it shreds the tires A LOT quicker.
@@SuperDi_ As an experienced drifter, I can tell you that dry conditions are in fact FAR better for drifting. Drifting in the wet makes the car feel more unstable and less planted.

It,s cool i took the VW Sciroko for the spin. 140€ for a lap and 7.000,00€ was the security deposit on may card for the case of having a accident. And i found out that the ticket fot one is 75€ ( 3 passagers in the car ) with the new M5 on the Nordschlaife.
