But I think if you're at the point where you're purposefully hiding your actions it probably rises to the level of cheating because that shows you were doing something you realise the other person has a problem with. That gets a bit complicated when yu have a very controlling partner tho which is why I hesitate to label all flirting as cheating.

If there’s a reason they suspect cheating like a actual reason then it should be fine. It shouldn’t be a big deal. I let my partner not go through it but just see me texting other people mostly cause they just like seeing me play mobile games and I’m laying on them.
