Nope Violet doesn't have a name yet and doesn't have the skill given by Raphael AKA "Poisons skills" Poison was given due to the fact Violet/Ultima weakness is she fight w/o strategy and try to overwhelm her opponents more like Yellow/Carrera however Carrera is worst she's the same as Milim in her berserk state the difference is She is sane unlike Milim who doesn't know what she's doing.
The skills she's using right now is the inferior version of Nuclear Hell Fire Magic which is a forbidden spell (but not this skill since it can only used by Demon Peer even though she is a primordial she can't use it and the first one who can use this is Guy after evolving and the other remaining primordial can use this after gaining a name) Its a black Flame like Benimaru's Flame that expanded and combined with Nuclear Magic used by Razen however its a real Nuclear itself it expand and obliterate everything like a BOMB Ultima used this in the war with the Empire and White/Testarosa used a higher tier of this skill to wipe out the magical tanks unit along side the Imperial Knights who's on the same level as Luminus top 10 Knights and one of them is 1-tier lower to a Saint like Hinata more like a Demon seed Demon Lord equivalent like Karion & Frey.,

After some research, i found that rimuru is actually a true dragon, ultimate slime. So, it's not really surprising rimuru gets his own order/group of demon lords primordials. Which also explains well why veldora and rimuru could get along well and almost like "brothers", because they are actually brothers...

This story, as well as the class contest @TheWriteMention mentioned earlier, takes place between seasons 1 and 2 of the main anime series. At this point in the storyline, Rimuru has saved Shizu’s students from an early grave by fusing spirits with them not too long ago, but he has yet to return to Tempest, during which he would encounter Hinata.
Diablo’s confrontation with Violet occurs in the movie “Scarlet Bond”, which takes place between seasons 2 and 3. At this point in the main storyline, Rimuru has been established and acknowledged as a demon lord, and he just returned from Walpurgis.

Unlike veldanava who is hell-bent on getting back ciel... I'd rather not explain why and have you read that part. It is somewhere between chapters 167-178. Red explains what was his role and Veldanava in one of those chapters too.

Primordial purple gets defeated so rimuru eats her and gets stronger.
Asks diablo and veldora to help him kill other primordials one by one and so rimuru eats all of them and gets theyre powers.
Rimuru then ifhe wants he eats every single demon and goes to kill the angels.
Angels defeated so he gets theyre powers.

Rimuru is already infinitely smarter than most people with Raphael, and later Ciel, working for him. It doesn't matter how smart he is, he doesn't crave power until it is absolutely necessary. He wants a nation to hang out in peace with his loyal friends and subjects. He didn't even want to become a true demon lord (he was a seed when he defeated the orc lord) until it was necessary to resurrect Shion and everyone. He doesn't crave world domination.
