Pobre angelito, atado con esa cadena, sin agua , con comida podrida, yo le haría lo mismo a su dueño, sin remordimiento. Me rompe el corazón verlo así, hay que ser malvado. Porqué tanto sufrimiento, no hay justicia, no al maltrato, no al abandono.

He may have been left to at some point be a Bait Dog for dog fighting. Any life left in a harmed and starved dog can still be used to bait dogs that are trained to fight. They throw kittens to them. The animals are the people who are beasts. So glad this poor dog was rescued. Thank you.
