God I love your work so much. The cool thing about customizers is that they make modifications to already custom parts and that’s what makes the custom community so unique, everyone has their own way of doing things.
Your Sonic 06 Sonic custom figure looks awesome! I know that the game itself is bad, but I personally like Sonic 06 because it gave us Mephiles and Silver.
You should give the fanmade PC port, Sonic Project 06, a try. It's Sonic 06, but with proper physics, shorter load times, better animations and helpful gameplay tweaks that make the game actually fun to play.
He's so beautiful, I could cry!!!😭 Personally, I would love to see a Shard figure! OOH, and Burning Blaze! And we would't want Scourge to be lonely, so maybe Fiona. AND!........Ok, I should probably stop before the list gets too long. Can't wait to see what's next! 😄

your skill at matching how he looks in the game with your paint work is incredible. Also I honestly feel that the lighter paint matches how he appears in the kinda janky graphics style of the game, amazing work!
Project-06 did a lot to help make the designs look better than Retail 2006 with just a few changes including giving the odd Jim Ross neutral sleepy-eyed looks a few of them has with Sonic the biggest victim as many angles makes him look... Glazed.

I actually really like the shade of blue you used. The fact it's a little lighter makes it look a little closer to the original game since he was definitely a lighter blue in-game
man, I haven't done a torso extension in a LONG time, and never for a figure this big, I would be WAY to scared to do something like that. That longer torso trick could also be used to make a good Free Riders Sonic, you just need his Free Rider shoes and the shades

If they did this model, they could keep rereleasing him with the different Gem Shoes. I'm sure that would still annoy people, but I think they'd be a lot less annoyed than they are right now over them rereleasing Modern and Classic Sonic over and over with small to no changes. In terms of future custom ideas, maybe Burning Blaze? There's a fan-made conversion kit on eBay to turn the Jakks Blaze into her Burning form.

Your custom actually looks more like a proper collectible than the original Jakks Pacific figure. Of course the Jakks figure was only around 10 bucks (more like 20 here in Norway, but still...), so it obviously wouldn't be perfect, but with your custom having a nice flat paintjob instead of the cheaper plastic look of the Jakks one, it really looks good. The lack of obvious seam lines on your custom's head also adds to the quality look. It looks really nice overall.
meanwhile jakks is still making poorly sculpted classic sonics while the fans complain they don't want it this figure is awesome, I personally love 06 sonic's design a LOT and seeing it like this in a figure is just so awesome the only "gripe" I have is that the arms aren't long enough but I don't think you could've helped it other than that I love it, please keep making more of these customs
