I am also going to travel to Canada next week as a returning student. I have also done immigration last year. Should they ask questions like last year during my 1st time visit that time?
If you already been to canada, chances are pretty low that they will ask you any ques, I have traveled 3 times to Canada now and last 2 times, they hardly asked anyting.

Only Trolley bag have 7 kg weight limit. Laptop bag has no weight limit 😅 but you don't have to overweight it as well it should be fit in bag case

You need to check with yiour college, if they have that plan. Many airline does provide this.

2-3 Kgs are fine, also it needs a lot of luck, if someone is strict they wont allow this, I was lucky enough

you can travel anytie once you have your visa, they recommend 15 days prior to get settled but 1 week is fine brother.

Its not allowed offically brother but people do this. I cant recommend anything, though I myself travel with 2 bag but its always a risk.
