I didn't know they used the n-word! 😱 I must've missed it because I didnt know until now. And I'm black, so.....I don't appreciate that. Thanks for explaining this to me though! 😊 It's sad because I enjoyed this version, but replacing POC characters does seem very sketchy tbh 🤔
yeah and all the writers have said (about the use of that word) is that it's "italian culture" which... as you say, sketchy. i enjoy this version too but these things just don't sit right with me and it's such a shame :(

the writers decided to do "isak's" story first and "noora's" story after. not sure why, maybe so they would be the first remake to take on isak's season :)
