    but, column locations and beam sizes must be calculated in etabs right? or will u plot it directly using floor plan as reference all the time?.

      In real time initially we have to calculate the intensity of load that will act on the members then we have to draw them in plan

    Suppose in this 9" external wall the columns are in either opposite,how can we draw horizontal or vertical direction in the same line..

    A little learning is very dangerous for people, why you never share completely correct and practical oriented knowledge,rather than you hide many special points such that people don't get the full knowledge.

    In civil engineering field, money and market is given more priority than knowledge. Very Sad. No one teaches in a good manner because they know after some day he will make a consultancy or construction farm and their market will be in trouble.
