BTOB is so slept on in the west, but they’re actually really famous in Korea, known as healing idols for their ballads. Their vocal talent and range is just insane. Excited to see you get into them more, thanks for reacting to their guide!
Killing Voice is a great place to start, you can follow up with their queen hit, “Missing You”. “It’s Okay” “I’ll be your Man” are also their most popular hits. “wind and wish” is their latest release (although they’re going to have a comeback this march!)
of course when you watch btob, you must watch their live stages too as they always sing live with choreo (they really can’t lip sync) and their ad libs are so good

oh i knew about Hyunsiks solo comeback now in february but not that we will be blessed by another group comeback in March?! (im a newbie Melody so Im still behind on alot and havent found where to find reliable info outside their personal and group instagram :) ) 💙

-to give more context about ilhoon being an angel clip, he was in an show where they helped the grandmas and he was praised because he was helping them all even during the break and being attentive to them all throughout the program to the point he lost a lot of screentime because he was constantly helping them. that's what the clips showed.
- he was the one that named our fandom melody.

for your question about Peniel's guitar position, yes it's mirrored. The only left handed in BTOB is Lee Changsub

Thank you..I love your reaction to this guide. Yes, these boys are so talented individually and as a group..they make beautiful songs and have amazing live performances. Whether rehearsing, dancing or killing time..they can't help but sing LIVE. Don't expect them to do lip sync coz they can't. They tried once and it was a mess, haha. To answer your question, I believe Peniel playing the guitar is a mirrored image coz he is right handed. The only left handed member is Changsub but he plays the guitar the usual way.
Yes, please check out Ilhoon's SPOILER, really good. And so are his other solos like SHE'S GONE, ALWAYS, FANCY SHOE and BIG WAVE. He has this lazy rap style and unique voice that's so addicting. Excited for your Killing Voice reaction already. It will be a good way for you to have an idea of their discography and their style of music. From there, you can then react to the music videos of the songs they performed in Killing Voice. Or I could suggest some performances (safe from copyright issues) you could react to. Please check out IT'S OKAY dance version, WOW dance version, SECOND CONFESSION pajama version, MOVIE dance version, DAY & NIGHT live clip. These are just for starters..they have SO MANY songs and performances to choose from. But if you're also interested on their goofy side, there are also tons of funny compilations and videos of their hilarious ways. They are all talented, versatile and hilarious, an all-rounder. 7 singer, 7 dancers, 7 rappers and 7 comedians. Every member is bias wrecker. It's so hard to resist not falling in love with these amazing lads

Peniel is not left handed, Changsub is tho, I think it was a mirrored video.
Hyunsik will release new music on the 19th this month btw, maybe something you'd like to get into, BTOB is rumored to release somthing in march and Changsub will have a comeback in April.
Apart from this info, here's some fun facts:
- Most of BTOB members didn't want to be idols. Eunkwang and Changsub entered Cube as band member for Cube's on-going band project. Hyunsik also entered Cube for that project. Unfortunetly, the band-project didn't work so they tried acapella group instead. When that didn't play out either (for what reason Idk, but they still do acappella covers some times as you can see in their tiktok), they eventually accepted to be in an idol group if they could sing together, so they started taking dance and acrobatic lessons for the first time and eventually debuted as a dance idol group.
- When the band - project didn't became reality, Changsub left Cube but Eunwkang and Hyunsik dragged hi back. (He reeeeally refused to become an idol lmao).
- Ilhoon's dream was to be a producer and entered Cube as a young producer but the CEO saw his potential as a rapper and let him try it out and eventually joined the BTOB project group. He is the one that gave us our beautiful name!
- BTOB's love for each other... In an interview they got asked: "Who do you love more? BTOB or Melody?" and Eunkwang was hesitant but answered Melody laughingly and Changsub said BTOB right away while everyone gasped lmao. We know they love each other which makes us, Melody, love them more! They always say we are a family, including Melody! 💙
- Minhyuk was an underground rapper before joining BTOB!
- Peniel was in JYP, but left and joined BTOB a month before debut, he knew a little Korean and it was hard for him to settle at first which is why his lines in the first few songs are minimal, untill the members started composing their own songs and ecouraged him to write his own lyrics as the other rappers have always done in their songs, since debut!
- The latest albums are fully produced by Hyunsik and Minhyuk!

I appreciate your vocal coach comments and the way you attended to the details in the video. Hyunsik and Minhyuk have song production videos, which are very engaging because of their producing talent and the craziness and vocal talent of the members. You'll be very interested in the differences in their producing styles. Looking forward to your next BTOB reaction. The 2nd song Ilhoon was playing on the piano was one he produced for Pentagon, "Beautiful."

People always comment on how goofy they are when they perform etc (and that’s me…I’m people), but what non-vocalists don’t realize is that they can only do that AND still sound amazing because they’ve all worked their a$$es off in boring practice rooms for hours on end for most of their lives😅 BTOB=talented, kind, clowns 🥹💙
