I believe that's Warren Ham singing background (and probably playing keys or aux percussion, too) at 5:30. Warren was in Kansas for a while, was also in Kerry Livgren's band AD, and was part of Toto's final tour, as well as he's a member of Ringo Starr's current band.
I saw her in 1990-91 and she had this outfit on.
