It’s amazing how he went from being a broke single father who lived in a trailer to to later became one of the greatest and richest rappers of all time Eminem has all my respect 👌🏻👏🏻
He didn't live in a trailer. He's said that in an interview. He said thats the part everyone gets wrong about his story. In the interview they went back to his house in Detroit, and the people that live there at that time wouldn't let him in.
*He loves his fans and he truly cares about them. He tells it through his music and in his concerts you can see that he appreciates the love they give him*

An artist dealing and accepting the fact that they are not as relevant or as popular as they once was was so mature and so grounded in reality is astonishing, just is. And having the courage to not only admit it, but put it in his music for us all to hear is a level of maturity that most of us will never meet. P.S. I almost lost it when he did Stan!!!!!
I actually think Eminem is far from a has been, only he takes years in releasing new content. I think the last LP came out like four years ago, and that’s a long time for an artist to be gone. As far as I’m concerned, he killed it with his last album,
Leah C. Drawn agreed. See, all these garbage rappers need to release every year to stay relevant. Em is probably the only rapper who can come out with an album every 3-5 years and still come out better music than A drake or anyone of that nature. Em is an exception. A true legend
This blew me away!!! Skylar took on Beyonce (Walk On Water), Dido (Stan) and Rihanna (Love The Way You Lie), with her vocal skills and nailed it with her gifts!!! ✌🏼❤️🧘♀️
No argument, Gentleman.... Actually, in Stan, Thank You is a Dido original. I'm just making a point about the voice that comes out of Skylar. She's so talented above and beyond describing.
People are not understanding the message being delivered on walk on water, the revival album was a message, he wasnt trying to drop bangers he was trying to explain different stuggles like walk on water were his life struggles being famous and partly trying to show other celebrities struggles as well, river was a story about abusive realationships so he and ed were trying to show some issues with bad realationship. People interpereted it wrong and were talking about how he had trash bars. In my opinion he had a fire message.
I think it's because everybody is used an Eminem that's beast and doesn't give a shit and when Eminem came out doubting himself people were so used to him being a god that they didn't want a weak shady
@@adammelekh2964 what I said is because so many stans are complaining about the general hate about Revival, and maybe Walk On Water specifically too. I don't hate this song, but I didn't like the album as a whole. People can say it's bad if they want to, like, for fuck's sake. I'm a bigger Eminem fan than 96% of the whole fanbase yet I'll just shut up and let people express their opinion. Other Eminem stans may hate others who are ALSO fans, but didn't like some of his shit. For fuck's sake Eminem doesn't make masterpieces all the time. As much as I love walk on water I feel like revival was a miss. Trust me I'm not one of those fake fans who wants only the old Eminem or shit I love Eminem in every one of his forms but I really couldn't fuck with revival. The message was there and it was beautiful but the lackluster production and some of the overdone staccato flows dint hit right. Trust me emotional Eminem has some of the best songs in the game.

Amazing the people hating on Walk on Water, basically doing the the exact thing that he spoke of in that song. Maybe if people listened to lyrics and were open to varying styles of music, this kind of thing wouldn't happen so much. If you want his older music, search for it on TH-cam. You can't expect an artist like Eminem to put out music about a part of his life that he does not live anymore. All you self proclaimed fans shitting on him for sounding sad, depressed, or less himself than usual need to realize that he speaks his mind through rap (one of the last modern rappers to do this), and that you are the person that he speaks of who as he says "stripped me of my confidence." How would you feel if you set the bar so high in something that even when you feel you have once again surpassed it, people no longer respect you. No matter what you do, what angle you take, people are too stuck on a particular sound from you that they just mindlessly dismiss your work regardless of the true quality. Just wait until he's gone, it's just a little more power in the hands of mumble rappers.
I get what you’re saying but I’m still allowed to say my opinion. IMO since recovery it became to poppy and rocky and his flow is shit. And having the courage to not only admit it, but put it in his music for us all to hear is a level of maturity that most of us will never meet.
P.S. I almost lost it when he did Stan!!!!!
Nolafan77 hes a true artist
Nolafan77 i respect him a lot
I actually think Eminem is far from a has been, only he takes years in releasing new content. I think the last LP came out like four years ago, and that’s a long time for an artist to be gone. As far as I’m concerned, he killed it with his last album,
Leah C. Drawn agreed. See, all these garbage rappers need to release every year to stay relevant. Em is probably the only rapper who can come out with an album every 3-5 years and still come out better music than A drake or anyone of that nature. Em is an exception. A true legend
Nolafan77 so so so agreed!!! Especially about the Stan bit 😭
This blew me away!!! Skylar took on Beyonce (Walk On Water), Dido (Stan) and Rihanna (Love The Way You Lie), with her vocal skills and nailed it with her gifts!!! ✌🏼❤️🧘♀️
She wrote that part of each song btw
Correct
No argument, Gentleman.... Actually, in Stan, Thank You is a Dido original. I'm just making a point about the voice that comes out of Skylar. She's so talented above and beyond describing.
She came a long way from Fort minor days
She wrote walk on water and love the way you lie
you know hes good when he sounds almost the same live as he does in recorded songs
Björklunddd he doesn't use much autotune
Dnx 12 ,he ain't like Drake ,Nicki ,or Migos ;if he used as much auto-tune as other artists ,I wouldn't even listen to him .
Even when he goes acapella he kills it. Even if he's voice wasn't as good as it is it still would be fire because of the word play.
exactly the same thoughts
@Min-Sung Ko actually just hating lol
I cried when he performed Stan, still so real and touching
Kiz Oderso I will too
Kiz Oderso one of his best songs for sure
ReeceL6828 I could write the same thing back, living in a world with people that think they‘re fly af cause they cry at nothing
fucking sad man
One of his best songs for sure 🙏
lmao @ Reece... Tell em man. Start regulating with these pussy ass foos.
She's killing it along with Em!
Lol!... Big Sur ; SHE`S not killing ``Em``(...inem)!..He`s killing himself!
Big Sur who is she?

People are not understanding the message being delivered on walk on water, the revival album was a message, he wasnt trying to drop bangers he was trying to explain different stuggles like walk on water were his life struggles being famous and partly trying to show other celebrities struggles as well, river was a story about abusive realationships so he and ed were trying to show some issues with bad realationship. People interpereted it wrong and were talking about how he had trash bars. In my opinion he had a fire message.
He had messages in other songs too that were bangers soooooo
Well said
I think it's because everybody is used an Eminem that's beast and doesn't give a shit and when Eminem came out doubting himself people were so used to him being a god that they didn't want a weak shady
Whoever is so biased that thinks every Eminem song is awesome, along with Revival ones, well 1) it's your opinion, so I won't interfere but just know it's not objective, and 2)stop being such a fucking prick of a stan and trash on anyone who says "Revival was bad". Fuck Eminem stans.
"Cause how do I ever let this mic go without a fight, when I made a fu*king tightrope outta twine".
Basically sums up Em's life in one verse. Strongest line I've ever heard ❤😥⚘
This legitimately makes me emotional. This specific performance. The amount of passion in his voice is so moving
You either get this guy's genius or you don't. If you do..it's extraordinary and uplifting.
💯
Em is like the only rapper that sounds like his recordings
Eh, he sounds a lot more spoken and serene. At least in this (haven’t seen his other live performances yet).
Charr Code so is oxxxymiron
Even better
Charr Code cause he's TALKING lmao
Because the new rappers (which suck) do autotune in their recordings
Eminem Best Inspirator Ever! Goosebumps, #Respect my idol! i grew up, listening you From 1999! you never getting old dude! long live! your old fans always with you ! we love you!
Lev1sa Sports i love your channel too
please find another comment to spam dude!
You listened to him until 1999? He has released so many albums since then. Maybe give him another try Yeah?
Hi Lev1sa Sports yeah
Lev1sa Sports word up bro. same here
That Stan performance was a roller coaster of emotions and nostalgia
every performer on SNL does two songs at different times during the show, but Eminem is like "nope im gonna take up nine minutes and do as many songs as I damn well please!"
He paid more for the extra, I mean they paid him for that & it worth it.
Go away listen to Gucci gang
That's bc he's a RAP GOD!
@@dylanroy9504 This is better rapping than Eminem even Faster. Mixing mumble with legit rapping gives you a hit.

When he says BITCH I WROTE STAN I felt through my body u hear in his voice the anger and pain from the doubt

Hit of 2021!
Fr
I felt that
Amazing the people hating on Walk on Water, basically doing the the exact thing that he spoke of in that song.

Agree on every single word you said.
I get what you’re saying but I’m still allowed to say my opinion. IMO since recovery it became to poppy and rocky and his flow is shit. His lyrics are still amazing but if I don’t like the flow and beat why should I listen to the song ?
Every artist needs to face critizisme. I’m not gonna say it’s amazing to make eminem happy even if I think it’s shit.
My opinion is that Eminem is still a RAP GOD
Eminem will always be a legend among legends. He uses his song to Express how he feels, his life story and his struggles. His a pure talent and one of the best of all time.this song spoke volume but only for those who truly listen and understand it..and the lady with him in this video really amazing btw.
Even more powerful with a live band. wow
hmm yes interesting so true it's like poetry with orchestra wow
hmm yes interesting not in stan imo
He's a fuckin pro. Perfection.

it sounded like shit though..
Snoop Dogg too
kinda he has trouble singing he has to breath :(
I cannot listen to any other rappers after listening to Eminem
Do you like Logic , or old school?
Eminem is the only rapper I will listen to
Me too
I agree. Eminem was the only one I listened to at my puberty times. Had all of his albums on replay 24/7. Read a lot about his life. Helped me to understand his lyrics more.
I don't feel like learning about other rappers. Em was, is and always will be the GOAT of lyrical rap.
Facts$$$
Walk on water is a beautiful and emotional track. Who'd have expected something self doubting from Eminem. ♥️
Because he feels like hes rapping about the same things and hates it because hes running out of things to rap about. Hes human not a god
He should come out with an epic album in 2 or 3 years n reclaim the grammys n should retire imo !
Well, since Rock Bottom(SSLP) he's been making songs like Walk on Water, he has a lot of songs like this one but def Walk on Water outstands a lot of them
Revival is criminally underrated, each song has a different message and is like Marshall pulling back the curtain on his life and different parts that happen to everyone, celebrities and the people
A legend returning
Even after listening to Stan over a million times it still gives me goosebumps ! Thank you Eminem !
His voice changed in years
I noticed that
You've listened to it every single second for 12 years and 4 months?

They always make a good team, Skylar Grey and Em.
I always told the nobody will sing Stan better than Dido herself.
Then Skylar KILLED IT! Love her voice Damn.
Skinny Sam Nobody will sing Stan better than Dido herself 😡
Christian Sandoval nothing is better than the original. But only Skylar can bring the emotion on the song like Dido did.
No one will ever sing Stan better than Elton John.
I am PhilOhSoRaptor PUCHU PEEKCHU ON MAH WAAALLL
Yeah, to be honest, Em's performance of Stan with Elton John was the best version of the song. Period.
Em' got me through college...I had one chance to change a cycle and to make a better world for my daughter. I had to win scholarships, had to get the highest GPA score with very little support. The song, "Lose It" won me over and the movie...I did it! I graduated college listening to Em's music. I love you Em❤
Eminem is one of the best all time rappers....
Kaidyn Letander no eminem is the best rapper in the world in my opinion
Carnage true
Carnage that title goes to tupac. Even em admittted it
Alex Estrada Em is super humble so of course he wouldn’t say he’s the best rapper in the world.
No shit Sherlock. Are you going to say water is wet next?
i love eminem and in my opinion he is the best he is never afraid to say what he thinks and he always delivers in every single performance and his music helps me through the tough times i wish i could meet eminem
Guess you could say he's *not afraid* to say what he thinks
Ok STAN don't get so wrapped up in it. Don't lose site of reality. He's just a man he puts his pants on one leg at a time just like the rest of us.😍🤗😘

I just can't accept the fact that Eminem is aging, he represent my teenage years and him getting older just made me become sad at the fact that I will never get back those good times :'(
Kristina Welch 45 aint a kid but it ain't really that old... 85 is old. age is just a psychological thing, his body still works, he still performs, is making music, seems in a good place, you should be happy he is around still :)
Kristina Welch well put.. i feel exactly the same. Thanks for kicking my depression back in.. :'( Lol
He's definitely not old but when you see your idols from your younger years it is a reminder that we ourselves are aging
Get over it.
Lori McKinney i get you, I've been a huge fan of dude since i was 5, I'm in my early 20's now, and I'm just glad he still raps, i think he best artist in the rap game, dude is a dope producer on top of being a true lyricist. And he really has put in a lot work. I just go back to his older music and vids if i wanna remember how i felt back then :)
I don't really understand why people didn't like Revival. Personally, I loved the album!
Take walk on water for example, this is a man singing about his life, the hardships he had been through. Ya'll can throw shit but a true music lover would definitely love the songs! This is true music.
100% been saying the same since released. They don't like change but artists need it !! Growth as an artist. They can't do right for wrong.
What about river?
Rapping. Rapping about his life. Not singing.
revival was awesome dude
Because of TRUMP MAGA
