But I'm more worried about the data security of the relevant infos to fill out the form(s) that's stored in the cloud. Let alone an external invasion like hacker, the company might sell those data behind the back, like what Facebook did (and still does) to make the ads across social media & platforms more relevant.

@@noyoucantnoicantnowecantsostop If you mean the storage on the doctor side, then sure. But in that case the info is already stored there, so this functionality wouldn't change a thing. Working as a medical laboratory science intern on a hospital, this would be way more efficient. We have a lot of forms and even hospital information system but it just takes too much time. This would offset our work to focus more on paramedicine and medicine itself rather than administrative tasks.

      1. transfering all data with a device before giving consent is illegal in most countries
      2. there is nothing about accessing data. So anyone in an office can access the data, which is a breach of privacy in most countries

It's a bad idea. Security overhead is going to kill you and nobody is going to trust a startup with that kind of information. Also, it's a super easy idea to duplicate. If you dump enough money into it to get it to work and catch on some established tech company that already has a massive customer base and a decent reputation is going to copy it.

I’m on the final season now, almost finished watching the show and since I finished season 3, my respect for Phil has been gone and running on thin.
Granted, in his own way he brings comedy to the show like everyone does in their own way as well, and I have sympathised with him in some moments and none of the characters are perfect including him, but Phil didn’t always take things seriously when he should have, didn’t always act like a grown up which I understand was for the comedic purpose of his character for the show, but he did things that the others wouldn’t have done to him -
Phil lied throughout the show to protect himself out of fear of being the bad guy, confronted and blamed which I know about all the others did as well, but unlike them, Phil even threw others under the bus to protect himself and let them take the fall or blame for him :
Phil did that particularly to Mitchell (who is my favourite in the show) in the early seasons: *Tableau Vivant* (season 3) and *Diamond in the Rough* (season 4), and he never apologised or showed any regret for doing and putting him through all of it.
Even when Mitch thought that Phil was sorry and was going to say it to him in Tableau Vivant, he didn’t.

Granted, Phil in his own way brings comedy to the show the same as the others all do in their own way, and none of them are perfect, including Phil, but he hasn’t always taken things seriously that he should and doesn’t act like a grown up most of the time which I understand was the point of his character for the show.
The worst things about Phil have been how he would get insecure and jealous of others outperforming or being better at what he wanted to thrive at and most of all, he lied a lot throughout the show and covered his tracks to avoid getting blamed, being the bad guy and confrontation. In some ways understandable and everyone in their own way did the same but unlike them, Phil threw other members of the family under the bus to protect himself and let them take the fall and blame for him.
