- I hope this video helps new players of FTD jump into the process of building their first ship and helps explain some of the mechanics and common pitfalls new players experience. If you have thoughts, criticisms, etc., feel free to comment below.
I have over 863 hours in From the Depths if you are wondering. All ships shown are part of a faction as part of a yet unfinished campaign.
Great guide, I'm a fairly experienced player and there's stuff in here that's new to me. I really like the look of your builds too.
Great Video! Love your ship designs!
good guide! I have 1600 hours and to be honest I’m surprised I don’t use these tips more often. Another thing that I do sometimes is build the ship from the inside out. Allows you to see components better have less limitations from building the hull shape first although the design may not look as good. Well deserved sub.
OMG I NEEDED TGIS SOOO MUCH!!! TY TY TY 🙏
Edit: Also im subbing 👍 you deserve it!
Ive been through tutorials after tutorials telling me sometging different every time. I hope urs will be the one that works for me
Subbed, I looks forward tobthe next one, becasue this one was excellent
Would it be possible for you to cover superstructures next? I genuinely have no clue on what to put in there and building them just for visuals just feels like a waste of materials and resources.
Very nice video! I have almost 3000h in the game and built like 3 water-craft, so I'd say this was informative =p Very well organized and presented, helpful for beginners and experts alike.
