I absolutely hate looking up TH-cam videos or online guides to progress in a video game but I was forced to for this boss battle. Made me feel completely deflated and demoralized when I couldn't figure it out. I can't believe the last phase you had to look for a tiny visual cue in the middle of the room that wasn't there before
@@GomaGoesFishing i agree, this game got way to complicated towards the end. love the wonderboy feel but too many puzzles and cryptic stuff imo. I remember the other games in the series flowing well and having natural progression, with a puzzle here and there. Not a puzzle in every room.
sucks, I had to cheat and look to figure this fight out. It was the last water container; I could get it to change, but couldn't get Uncle Nabu to grab it. The frog's can't turn around the room until the very last barrel?! A little red line appears over the valve, letting you turn the room, but it doesn't do dck 'till then. I like the game, but that boss battle was poorly designed.
Came to find other people who hate this fight as much as I did. I kept redoing the slot machine because I couldn't figure out what I was supposed to do with the water barrels. Easy to figure out they were the key, but I didn't think you could point those barrels at him. At one point I thought I should find a way to mix the water and fire barrel, but aiming the water barrel at him didn't occur to me, because you don't usually use water to harm a shielded enemy. Nevermind the stuff that came after that. I beat every puzzle in The Witness without a guide yet this game left me stumped on multiple occassions on what was expected of me and this fight was the worst offender.
Came here because of the water barrel being on the bottom. I actually died in this battle because there's a hidden time limit. That's the only reason I died. I was wondering if I could turn the room around, lol. "This fight doesn't even make sense" -Jin. Truer words were never spoken, haha!
I came here to understand how this fight works . It's so poorly designed like all the game that i could notunderstand at all what was going on . Not intuitive at all .
Yes, officer. This boss right here.
This is one of the worst boss bottles I've ever experienced in a video game.

Whoever designed this boss battle deserves to burn in hell. Seriously fuck this overrated game
This entire game is horrible. lol

I’d rather drink poison then play this nonsense any longer. Dragons trap was so much better .

+1
He shoots my last water barrel, what should I do?
This is one of those fights that makes me want to punch the game designer

Lol I'm so glad every single one of these comments is in line with my opinion. This boss battle is horseshit.

Gaaah, this boss fight was annoying. This game's like 95% awesome but I just get the odd bit like this that really fucks me off...
Worst boss battle I have ever played. Not intuitively designed, based too much on luck, and repetitive as anything
It's a good game, but some moments are too hard, it shouldn't be like that
I loved this game for the most part, but this boss fight was terrible. Probably the worst one I’ve ever done.
This boss is ridiculous. Not fun at all. Thanks for the guide
He just shots the last water bottle😪, Don't know what to do with that
Thanks.
I really hate gimmick bosses.

Thx
This boss fight has officially ruined this game. A slot machine? Really? Followed by six other cryptic steps to hit the enemy … once ..
