He is not 5'10" he is 5'9" also He had build a recording studio on the property of his of the home he and Dorothea built overlooking the Havasinc River so I'm not sure about this recording studio that they say he built in the basement there that could be who knows but I know that he did have a separate building because there was a big interview that he did where he showed his home of 18,000 square feet plus his recording studio on the property that he has actually ride a cart to because it was quite a ways away from the home and also he had a little pub built on the premises to so that after they got thlrew working on the recordings they could go over there and drink at the pub.Another mistake Runaway was on a Demo album he recorded at The Power Station from1980-1983. Before Bon Jovi was formen recording studio his cousin on he also worked there he knew that runaway was something special but couldn't get anybody to listen to it so he took the demo of it and went to this little brand new radio station and got the guy to play it on the air and started getting popular locally people were asking to hear it didn't end up going Nationwide and at that time that's when he decided wow I don't even have a band so I need to go get a bag and really do a real recording of the song that's when he formed the bands with David Alec Tiko and Richie. They then rerecored Runaway and
Called the band Bon Jovi.
So farbi have found 3 mistakes on this video. They left out the home in
Florida he sold. And the one he bought for 43 million in Both those homes are in Palm Beach
Florida. The last home in Florida he moved into it In 2020. And put the home in in Jersey up forsale. I think he,also owns a home in the Hamptons but they never talk about that home I've heard his oldest son Jesse talkin about the home and Hampton where he would spend his Summers but John and Dorothea don't live in Jersey anymore they live in Florida since 2020 which I'm surprised this didn't mention it since they mention 2021 information
