Nice fab work. I so like the simplicity of this fat tire bike build . Do you have basic plans for this build. If its ok I'd to create this bike with my nephew.
what is the length of the bike from rear wheel to front wheel? please post as much dimensions as possible please Great work!!! 🔥best 212cc build on youtube👍
Доброго,молодец,есть слабые места в конструкции рамы,первым выламает нижний кронштейн заднего амортизатора. Ему нужен раскос,очень велики нагрузки,а выста кронштейна большая,следовательно также велик рычаг.
Hey Andy, do you have a parts list? I've been looking and looking and looking. I mostly need the axles, bearings, hubs, sprocket and wheels. The rest I can figure out but since you have already made this work it would save me time and frustration of buying the wrong items.
I bought a fixer upper 1977 Hondamatic 750. I bought it for the engine, it's a 2 speed automatic. I have to completely rebuild it😣. I will also be using the frame of the Honda, except I will have to completely rebuild the swingarm and the front triple tree suspension bracket. I thought about using a 412 cc engine with a 40 series CVT...but I want the bike to be a BEAST!
I've been thinking of doing something very similar to this. Trying to work out the swing arm and steering pivots in my head. Do you remember the bearing and tube size you used on these? Thanks.
Hello Groundhog very nice and good looking bike build could you build more of them and maybe sell one or two with out the motor and wheels we can get wheels and a motor let us know we would like to have one to two of them thanks.
I got it from Amazon, here is the link. Thanks for watching! MOOSUN GO-KART TORQUE CONVERTER CVT CLUTCH 3/4" COMET TAV2 30-75 218353A Manco 12T #35 and 10T #40 41 420 www.amazon.com/dp/B07T1KRS4V/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_M33KSRY5QGMPA4Z0YVH1
Not yet, I want to refine the design and later I'm looking at selling detailed plans. They take awhile and I got a lot of people wanting to buy them, but I want to make sure they are safe and reliable.
@@groundhoggarage2271 No doubt, I'm sure you have a long wait list. I would suggest some gussets on the frame itself. It's an overall great design. I'd like to have one without the engine. Have you ever thought of making one electric? That would be pretty cool. Where are you located?
@@joemeador7702 I'm in Dayton Ohio, I think electric would be awesome, mainly because of the torque. I have another bike like this one about to be posted , it's smaller but handles great. I think more gussets is a good idea and im actually switching to round tubing here very soon. Using the new bender I got I should be able to eliminate some frame welds and probably shed a few pounds in the process. Definitely not familiar with all of the electric options out there, definitely seems to be more expensive and more complicated to me.
@@groundhoggarage2271 I hate to comment like this but what you were discussing was more interesting than the music. Without it it is like being in the shop with you sharing in the discussion. Maybe I was having a bad day but listening to you is more entertaining because what you say is important.

I will try and get a parts list linked to the last episode of Garretts bike, thanks again for sharing my content! Look forward to seeing your build!

1 watched part 2 first but anyway I love how you thought out of the box on the design. By the way, how much does the bike weigh?
Great video!
I think it's around 170-190 I was planning on having it weighed soon
7:57 what is the road?
I'm trying to find hubs like you used...are they 4" between holes?
I know they call it a 4 on 4 bolt circle, I think it's measured diagonally...can't remember for sure. Look on bmi karts website, search hub adapter
Awesome, thank you!

1 3/8" ID on the neck tube and swingarm. The bearings are 1/2" x 1 3/8" flange bearings.

Music is a distraction.
Adderall and then focus.
Turn the volume off
Thank you for the input!
