He gives 15 minutes of stage time to every student. Helps remove stage fright later in life. Helps them build their presentation skills. More important, helps them to find their passion at that age. Perfectly okay if the passion changes later on in life. And, as you indicated, everything cannot be taught in school. Perfectly fine if your passion is not what is in 5th standard syllabus.
