Colombian Cheese Arepas Recipe
Precooked flour
4 cups of flour
1 cup of mozzarella cheese
1 cup of cotija cheese
1 tbs of salt
2 tbs of butter
5 cups of warm water
Extra mozzarella cheese

Amazing Video, my little sister has to make arepas as a project for class, and you're the only one who specified which cornmeal to use. Prior to finding your video, we used the wrong cornmeal, and it was a mess 😂

@@CookingwithGloria well, things got out of hand and instead of Queso Blanco, we ended up with Oaxaca and yellow cornmeal.
Everything else stayed true to recipe and holy moly, it was amazing. Thank you for sharing your recipe with us. My toddler has been has been snagging bites as they cool down and is running around using her new word of the day "mo arepas peez!"
