It was a Top Five hit on the Soul chart as well.

Ive always wanted to see Patti LaBelle,Keith Sweat,Aretha Franklin , Michael Jackson,Prince, Biz Markie,En Vogue,SWV,Michel 'Le,Chanté Moore,Sadé, Whitney Houston,Etta James and plenty more lol. As we know most of them, are deceased and I'll never get that chance, besides possibly a holographic concert, which probably wouldn't even do any justice if the artist was actually present.

Well I'm glad to be one of the 1st to comment on this "truly iconic" song plus the newly released accompanying video. My viewpoint takes a rather personal slant (although I had nothing to do with it's creation). I love the ride(Cruising) the scenery. I love when he gets out of the car he reaches for her hand😍,and she reaches for his while in the little dingy boat. Which implies. You don't have to have a yacht to experience the magnitude of love - The supreme Greatness of God! The scenery reminds me of my humble abode, until you see the hilly small mountainous region in the background, which reminds me of the islands. I also like when she's adventurous,🎠 sometimes taking the lead( me) but holds her hand out for her honey" because it's no fun going it alone. And he's her rock, her support, her strength, her man. And then the lighting of the candles\Japanese lanterns which we lit for my brothers passing. So, I love this video.
