Ive had to come away to grieve as I just can't do it at home surrounded by so much energy energy. My moon is conjunct neptune at 0.01 in aquarius both in the 12h and I also have moon inconjunct saturn at 1.26 in the 5th cancer
My Sun is conjunct Neptune as well as the moon. Sun, Neptune, then moon all in a 9° orb. So you said follow the sun, how would this apply?

I'd look at which planets are in a higher orb, is it Neptune and Moon or Moon and Saturn? The presence of Saturn definitely adds more restriction.
