The red flower pin means romance (the flower) but it also means good luck because of the red. I think.

I did a small research and while I couldn't find the particular type of flower, it looks like plum or cherry blossom. Plum is wealth and luck and longetivity, but cherry is actually the symbol of romance, passion and female energy (? it's what I found)
+ when I typed "red flower pin" I found mostly bridal jewelery so... it's very possible it has a romantic meaning
