Thanks mate, I don't like using P dip but your video showing glossifier spray makes me re think spraying the day light frame with it. Now I am having 3M film wrapped.
Dude, this is literally the best fucking channel to follow for all the C250 coupe owners. haha! I am definitely gonna steal some ideas from you on here. My C250 is literally identical to yours. Well, your before version haha! Cheers.
@All other with the same question (as me btw - have the model without outside screws) - some models do not have the screws outside. To get this thing out - u need to go first underneath the bottom side, get the cover shield away and theeeen u will have the access to that thing from inside... quite brain fuck doing that... but this is the way.
Please help Flexx, i want to change my C200 W204-2013 Foglight from Halogen to DRL type, but i cant find any screws to open like you did back then (the 4 screws).. what should i do? is there any tricks & tips to open it?
Hey flex, do you know how you would remove the fog cover on a 2014 w212 e350. On this particular model there is no light strip on it, it’s just a chrome line, I’ve seen people replace it with actual lights and was wondering if you knew how to do the removal
Hi Flexx, Here is a fan from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷. I have a mercedes benz glk350 2012 and I want make it sound like you black mercedes. I mean to modify the exhaust and sand like your mercedes... Thanks
Hey what's my dude. Have a question for you. I have a 2010 E550. I have round fog lights. Are the bulbs the same for all 4? If not, can you let me know the correct LEDs to get? Thanks
I did vinyl first but it was a pain to get all the wrinkles out. Also, the black vinyl got scratches and pitting really quickly when dirt and debris is hitting it on the highway. The plastidip for some reason just holds up better.
Now if I continue to spray on more coats of thr glossifier will it eventually get close to the metallic black that our cars are painted? I really want to do this to my rear trunk chrome but I want it to somewhat match and not be obvious that it was painted
the glossifier is not meant to make the black plastidip base turn into a metallic black. It's designed to "gloss up" your flat black plastidip. I did my chrome emblems with the black plastidip and put on 3-5 layers of glossifer and it gave the black a nice shine (somewhat like a satin look instead of a matte look).
Depends on how many coats you put on and how often you drive your car. 6-8 layers of plastidip should last up to 3 years. I actually already had them dipped for a year. I peeled them off this morning and redipped them to shoot a "how to" video. And I drive alot on the highway and in the rain and snow. It actually looked really good for being 1 year old when I peeled it.
Only if you didn’t apply it right. Plastidip is super strong if you prep the surface and spray the right amount on it. You can’t just spray it and just cause you have coverage you stop. You need to build up layers so it’s durable and super easy to peel when it comes time to peel.
don't know...on my car, it gets hot in the area behind the lights and the black plastic kinda molded to that opening on the bumper. So after removing the screws, I had to put hard for it to come off. Once it was off, they went back on fine and was easy to remove again in the future.
Man, this looks incredible. I'd definitely do it on C250 as well.

I always use glossifer on black plastidip now. Regular stand-alone black plastidip is too matte and looks rather cheap.
These videos are sound 👌, got my W204 coupe 75% done yesterday. ✔ Thanks 👍

Here to help! Glad you made it over here.
Great video and idea, out with the ugly chrome trim in with the plastidip! Huge fan of it. Looking forward to next weeks video

I have a 2013 C250 Turbo Deluxe no torx screws either...
Good stuff, appreciate the videos. Keep it up!
Thanks!. I will keep them coming for sure!

I’m totally going to attempt this.
Pretty easy and straightforward.

Don't understand how you pulled the wire connection out so easily. But a good video non the less this really helped 👍🏻
Hey, i want to remove it from my w204 c63 do you have any idea how can I make it? It is not the same like in this video...
Hi can I get the c63 style drl to fit in the fog lamp cover gap of c250?
Great alternative to vynil

I also want to know the side chromes on the bottom of doors would be removable without any holes leftover or if they are adhesed to the doors ??
Marcellus R Giovanni yep they’re attached using adhesive

Hey Flexx have you heard about a module that plugs into the OBD port to lower the body on a Mercedes with airmatic suspension? and does it work?
yes, it works but that's only on new models. I've never experienced it.
@@TheFlexxGarage thanks a lot Flexx, I have a 2013 E Class would it work on this?
Would it start peeling off by it self like when u use the pressure washing machine to wash ur car ? Or just by it self ?

Just did mine right now did very step it looks real nice !!! Thanks for all your tips flex !
Ummm... don't use a pressure washer.
@@luxchannelx6039 is you’re still on?

I took the screws out but i still can't get the lights to come out from the bumper

Were did you get the front lip?
eBay. It’s in my front lip video.
Wonder how this would look on my white c350?
dope :)
Nice Job!!
great ..... nice video ... I'm going to buy spray paint😅💪🔝
Do the amg fog lights fit on there as a replacement ?
did you ever figure out if they do?
does this work with e350 i dont see any screws on mine
This is for c class (w204 bodystyle) you have an entirely different body and different parts
Which torx screwdriver isit?
Video description. Should be there.
Which bulb it uses?
It’s not a bulb you can replace. You need to buy the entire LED strip if you need to replace it.
Awesome.
there are NO SCREWS on mine! how the heck do I remove it? NO videos anywhere amazing this sh...
I have the same fuckin problem. Only the amg styling lights have the torx...
