I believe the UK is considered non-EU since 2020 in terms of university applications. However, you should double check with your nearest Italian embassy/consulate.
Firstly thank you for all these videos, they're so helpful! I have some questions though, to pass the exam do you need to get a specific score or you need to be between the best ones (so for instance between the first 100 people with the highest score)? The other question is how can we see which Universities you can attend in Italy once you pass the entry test?
1. Your admission is based on your ranking among the other candidates. For example, Bologna accepts 20 non-EUs, so the top 20 non-EU scores on the IMAT are admitted. If non-EU, you only can only pick 1/12 universities in your pre-enrollment. If your score on IMAT is sufficient among the candidates, you can only be accepted to that one university. EU applicant can rank all 12 universities in order of preference, from which they will be admitted to the one they meet the score for. I am working at my own pace with 2 videos per week, so 2 topics/week. I plan on completing the entire IMAT specifications, however, that may take much longer. Do not rely solely on my lectures, take studying into your own hands.
I looked at the general knowledge questions and I noticed that I serverly lacked in them, basically American level 💀, so how can I improve on that? Plus are calculaters allowed in the exam? Also I study mainly in arabic so the scientific names and stuff like that are different to me, does that mean I need more time to prepare well for the exam? And finally do advise me to start my first year of med school in my home country while studying for the IMAT? Thx in advance

It turns out the University of Bologna doesn’t require a DV for IB students (our transcript and diploma are recognized as valued and authentic without any further documentation). At any point did you need a DV to obtain the visa? Or is the DV just for pre-enrolment?

Yes, you can email and indicate to your university of choice about your situation. As long as you can provide your diploma before matriculation at the med school, you are eligible.

I figured out this riddle :) The mark that is published is NOT a percentage, it is a score out of 90 points. NO percentages, just add up points based on the system I described in the video.
hey I have a question I'm a non EU student who wants to apply for milan in some websites it shows it doesn't matter how much you get in IMAT to get into milan and in others it says you need to get around 49.2 so what is the score I need to score to get into milan?
The score will depend on the number of applicants to IMS Milan and the competition. Each year the score changes as the competition varies from year to year. There is no fixed score to get in.
