what is the name of board? also how much mm is it?

I don't know it's name , it's a board that people use at the back of a photo frame . I bought it from a framing shop . I think it is arround 1cm ( 10mm ) thick

I did try the 700rs drawing board available at amazon but its to heavy and hard to travel with . over internet there are diy drawing board that re made of form board but form board are expensive and hard to get in 1/2 inch so your video is my last hope now . if you have guidance regarding drawing board , please let me know
