I reckon you're being too harsh! You've been at end game so long you forget how slow everything is when you start out! This looks like my account did in Feb. I started playing over Christmas and watched heaps of TH-cam content / followed the discord guides. I kept hearing how so many bonuses are multiplicative and all the biggest boosts are in the later worlds. I also kept hearing about massive time gated mechanics in later worlds, so the earlier you start them the better off you'll be. I followed that advice and unlocked w6 shortly after it was released. I started up sneaking/farming/summoning and then started to backfill all neglected areas. I still think that was absolutely the right approach, and I don't regret it at all! This guy aight_gamer will be totally fine in no time! And he has your advice to help him focus on the more important areas :D However I think he should also look at the advice you've given on w6 skills in previous videos - given they are genuinely idle and won't demand any of his chars' afk time, and they give such huge bonuses.
@@Celorius yep pretty much; i started late may and hit world 6 late june and have been doing lab / divinity grind mainly since then, absolutely the best choice; rushing is by far the best choice especially with owl and roo bonuses; the problem is that people will rush with tons of candies and stuff and then hit world 6, realize you cant candy your way through and quit because they arnt use to idle games
@@CeloriusI don't think he is being that harsh. Of course the start of the game can be quite slow but ignoring everything but brute force pushing for w6 while ignoring things like refinery, divinity and lab puts you more behind in the long term.
@@3Kbutterfly for sure he’s not being unreasonable or mean. He don’t give that vibe at all. I think he’s just playfully ‘harsh’. I agree with you on refinery - you want those red salts growing asap. But i don’t think lab or divinity grinds are more important than unlocking world 6. I got mr massacre and noobisect but not the full grind on all chars until after i could start progressing summoning/farming/sneaking progression. I could be wrong of course. I’d love to see a content creator do an experiment - two fresh accounts, one rushing asap and the other doing various grinds. See which one gets further. But in this case i think the guy has doot anyway, so he automatically had some of the benefit of lab/divinity before he finished pushing to world 6 anyway.
Also i just watched his last video, which totally emphasises my point - world 6 bonuses are nuts and make it so much easier to go back and level everything else up so much faster!!
Hello mane, youtube frog here. I dont really do the like sub comment thing so i will put my thoughts all on this comment. I love your reviews, im pretty sure ive watched them all at this point. Im a trucker so when you drop a new one i know the next 30 minutes will be fun and informative. The way you usually systemically go through accounts world by world is not only digestible by a more expierenced player like myself who doesnt have the time to trawl discord and google docs, but i hope a newer player as well. I mean this as a compliment that you are reppitive, hammering home some of the turnkey aspects of W1-4 each time is exactly what some people like myself needed for the motivation to do things like stamps, or setting NBLB up for success. I enjoy the explanation you give behind each tip. There are other vids i see where the explanation is akin to "do this and itl juice your account" instead of explaining the multiplier or the synergenitic interactions. Its nice to have your catalogue to go through and find plenty of explanations for so much of the game. I feel like i can explain things to a new player based on the knowledge you share because i understand it now. As a youtube frog i yearn for 45min+ vids with more depth but i understand the limitations of your time and live streams. Lastly id like to point out one thing about skilling/atom i personally do and havent seen explained anywhere that i think is easy to miss. When explaining ES prints and linking with harriep for the 6x prints the step left out to switch to snake for the inital print then back to rabbit isnt emphasized. It took me a while to add this step only after realizing it on accident. Anyway love your vids and energy, please keep it up and i will stay watching.

I would love to do longer videos but I am limited by the fact that there’s a lot of videos to do in a short timespan, and I don’t stream often to do the reviews. I do think about going more in depth constantly in the reviews, so maybe for the next ones I will!
I blame reddit for this "gear isn't important" mindset, everyone says rushing is the only good way to play the game and any other way is a waste of time.
