The never ending battle for truth, justice, and the American Way. Jason tackling Superman tasks and doing a fine job. If it was easy, everyone would do it. I remember my grandfather and a thousand acre farm. In it's hay day it needed all fifteen kids to keep up with the chores. By the time I knew him it was down to one man from four am to to about six pm daily seven days a week. Three milk cows, five pigs, about fifty steer plus hay fields, timber stands and pasture. That was a lot less than at it's peak. Granny had the truck garden, egg layers and berry stands plus nut trees to keep up with besides the household. They did not even notice the Great Depression since everything they needed was on the farm except flour, baking powder, and salt. All of which they traded for at the store with their butter that was hand churned from their milk cows. When they got electricity in the early sixties life got easier. Loved their rural electric co-op. They could stop pumping water by hand and get indoor plumbing. Had outhouse until mid sixties.

You are doing a great job, Jason. That high tunnel is coming along just fine. I don't think I have ever seen any one else do this solo. I know Lorraine and Penelope helped getting the poles in the ground and the hoops up. But since then you've been on your own. Shows that this product is well designed to be put together easily. Y'all have a Blessed day.

do u know why i watch u and many other like u
well I am a man of 75 who has lived and worked a farm all his life
I love watching u kids try to do what I did at 10 and having troubles doing them
At 75 my Kids and Gkids do most of the work (but then they have been doing that while their mother and i have taken our leisure for the last 30 yr). Today I can do about 3 hr of real work a day. Just enough to keep me fit and term. Have PAD so pain keeps me siting 12 hr a day so have lots of time to watch u kids while I sow. Yes a man who sows it was my father mother who taught me as she did all32 of her Gkids boy or girl. She said any man who could not make and mend his own cloths was useless to a woman. We learn how to cook her way to. On a wood burning stove with no measuring spoons or cups. It was a few pinches of this a handful of that...

I want to tell you that I absolutely LOVE the pigs🐷❤ I would love love love to have them as pets because there would be no way I could eat them 😂 They are just way too cute! They would be great playmates for my 2 French Bulldogs 😂🐷🐶 Actually they kind of favor- ears & appetite 😂😂😂
Please put some heat lamps for night time. I’m so worried they might get cold. Even for Zeke & Elvira. 🤷‍♀️ I know I’m a crazy fur baby mama. 😂😂😂

Jason you have accomplished alot on the high tunnel. With beign an design engineer you are familiar with designs of what hold the structure. I think your preplanning guide allows a smoother build. Its going to be done faster i think before your dead line. Also your fence line, as your taking it section by sections. Look how you work on unloading the feed. You dont complain about your farm tasks. Been in this rain storm here in morganton, nc waiting on load to leave out Wednesday the 10th. You can always use it. What if you tried using a shop vac to suck the feed from the bags to the drums? Not sure if you can just rest the vac on the drum without using the bottom hopper on the vacuum?
