We don't. The beauty of the system is that you don't need upgrades. Static weight does not hurt hinges... dynamic weight does. Our system protects from dynamic weight Our modeling has shown that if you stay within our recommended weight capacity, you don't hurt your tailgate or hinges. We've done extensive research both in computer modeling and real-world testing to prove this.

I did an open close in the video with bike on, I forgot to do it with other stuff. Very easy to open and close, it’s a game changer!
