Another great song off of Dynasty. My favorite part of the song is from 2:48 to 3:01. This part is very melodic and beautiful, and it really makes the song great. I do believe Paul played bass on this, but I am not sure.
Me too. LOVE that part. It does sound like Paul on bass. I use Wikipedia to determine who plays bass on each song... and they say it's Gene. But, Wikipedia is probably not the most credible source. lol.

Yeah. Hard Times sounds simple, but it's turning out to be tricky. That one "E" note is played on the 2nd beat... and then the 1st and the 4th of the next measure, then repeat. Haha. I don't know how I'm gonna get through the whole song without screwing that up, but I'm not gonna stop until it's done. LOL.

@@tythompson4794 Yeah. Started in September with "Strutter" and just kept going. Haha. I took some liberties with the Solo Albums. Was trying to get through all of them, but there were just so many random styles with all the different session bassists. So, I limited it to songs that were either played by a member of KISS on the record (which was only Ace) or songs that have been played live by KISS with Gene on bass (according to setlist.fm). Other than that... so far, I've done every song that has a bass line in it, in order. Not sure when I'm gonna stop. Haha.
@@thearmybass9279 I understand that brother. I say keep going. I’ve only been playing bass for a few years and I really want to know how to play the more obscure songs. I say keep going as long as you want. I appreciate it. I’ve always wanted to know how to play the stuff from the 80’s-2012.
