As a new student of stoicism I want to listen to this often until I have a better grasp of the foundational principles and actively practicing them becomes second nature.

Such a powerful and practical breakdown of Stoic wisdom! Loved the 'be the rock' mindset-so empowering to control our responses and stay strong in life's storms. Definitely a must-watch!
Age is just a number, and your journey is a testament to the power of continuous growth. Embrace each day with the wisdom of your years and the vigor of your spirit. Remember, it's never too late to become the best version of yourself
That's fantastic to hear, user-tp2pm9oz9d! It's inspiring to hear how Stoic principles are making a positive impact in your life. Is there a particular Stoic principle you've found most helpful in overcoming challenges and feeling happier?

I have listened to “Be a Rock “ several times and it has been of great help. I have been walked upon many times and I would like to find a way to stop it. Thanks
I want to say thank you for these videos. My life was turned upside down 3 years ago. I lost my business, wrecked my car, and was being terrorized by an ex boyfriend who I tried to put a protection order on but my sheriff's office did not enforce. I am still searching for an attorney to defend me, but to no avail. So these videos have really helped as I try to piece myself back together. So big thanks!
Look up Melanie Tonya-Evans - she has been through the mill herself, has emerged from catastrophe to create a life of fulfilment and now teaches others how to become the best they can be after having suffered such mental, psychological and material damage. One day at a time..
