Vieira isnt fit to wipe Keane's boots. Roy wasnt only the best defensive midfielder, but arguably the best all-round midfielder there was in his day. There were players like Zidane with better technical ability but Roy's commitment and determination was more valuable to a team than Zidane's extra skill could have ever been. Vieira isnt fit to wipe Keane's boots. Roy wasnt only the best defensive midfielder, but arguably the best all-round midfielder there was in his day. There were players like Zidane with better technical ability but Roy's commitment and determination was more valuable to a team than Zidane's extra skill could have ever been. Vieira needed to keep his mouth shut and show some respect to a far superior player!
